Clinton Community College is committed to expanding access to higher education through its Prison Education Program (PEP), which provides incarcerated individuals with opportunities to pursue college coursework that supports personal growth, continued education, and successful reentry. The College's PEP was launched at Altona Correctional Facility in Fall 2024 and expanded to Clinton Correctional Facility beginning in Fall 2026. Through high-quality instruction and student support services, the program promotes educational achievement and lifelong learning for all students.
